Apple Standard EULA
LexiGlance is licensed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a different agreement is presented in the App Store. This page explains LexiGlance-specific subscription and product information and does not replace Apple’s Standard EULA.
The service
LexiGlance provides beginner vocabulary, pronunciation or reading help, short reviews, tiny dialogues, progress tracking, situation packs, and iPhone widgets. Learning content is educational and may contain errors or regional variations. It is not a substitute for a qualified translator, interpreter, teacher, or professional advice in medical, legal, emergency, or safety-critical situations.
LexiGlance Plus subscriptions
LexiGlance Plus unlocks the full learning experience and complete situation-pack catalog. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store.
- The monthly plan renews each month and bills immediately after confirmation.
- The annual plan renews each year and may include a three-day introductory trial for eligible App Store accounts.
- Apple determines trial eligibility, final price, currency, taxes, and billing date.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Introductory trial
If Apple confirms eligibility for the annual introductory offer, the trial begins when you confirm the subscription. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts to the paid annual plan shown by the App Store. The monthly plan does not include the configured introductory trial.
Manage, cancel, or restore
Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting LexiGlance does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases checks the App Store account used to subscribe. Apple’s current instructions are available on its subscription support page.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, extract or redistribute the content catalog in bulk, or use LexiGlance in a way that violates applicable law or the Apple Standard EULA.
Availability and changes
Features, content, supported languages, prices, and availability may change. Widget refresh timing is controlled in part by iOS. The app may be unavailable during maintenance or because of App Store, operating-system, device, or third-party service conditions.
Privacy
The LexiGlance Privacy Policy explains on-device progress, analytics, diagnostics, purchase handling, widgets, and support requests.
